This hotel caters to hoteliers seeking a luxury experience rooted in Thai heritage and biophilic design. Targeting millennials and Gen X travelers (ages 30-55), it appeals to culture-driven tourists who value sustainability, wellness, and authentic experiences, blending natural elements with traditional Thai aesthetics.

The hotel is designed to achieve LEED accreditation by integrating sustainable practices and innovative systems. It features rainwater harvesting, greywater recycling, and energy-efficient lighting powered by renewable energy sources. Locally sourced materials and a focus on reducing the carbon footprint further support its commitment to environmental stewardship.
